Dear Rachel,
The North Pole is getting very cold every day and I am being forced to wear more bulky clothes under my big red coat. My computer is not working fine either. But it is CHRISTMAS TIME!!
Thank you for your letter, darling, and I wish I could live on a farm out in Munson like you do. It must be fun to ride horses and play with them whenever you want to.
Oh! Rudolf wants me to say hi to you, so “HI!!!”
And, Rachel, Santa has a lot of children! All the children in the world are Santa’s! I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you children, now, would I?
Miss Gamme told me how good you have been in class this year. I am very happy to hear you are trying hard to be a good child. I am really really really happy!
Tell Grandma Carmen and Grandpa Don that when I get a chance to come down to your farm on Christmas, I might not have time to dine with them, but I still love them and I know you do too. Tell Jesse I heard he has been trying to be a very good child too, and I am extra happy this Christmas thanks to you and Jesse!!!
Rachel, many children wrote for a Baby Alive toy, and a puppy alarm toy so the elves are working extra hard on making the toys. I will definitely bring one for you if I can, but I am running short of supplies (boo hoo!!!) But a laptop computer is too expensive to make, Rachel. I asked one of my managers among the elves, but he said he will need some really expensive material and he is not sure whether you will need a laptop computer so early. But I am sure you are a very nice girl and you will understand that Santa has a lot of work to do but he still loves you ……………………………………this much……………………………………………
